Stonehaven Construction Group is a general contractor serving residential and commercial clients. We specialize in shell construction (foundations, pilings, concrete and CMU block, Hambro floor systems, and trusses) and also handle new construction, renovations and additions, and permitting and project management. We also connect clients with real estate and construction-related investment opportunities.

Where does Stonehaven Construction Group operate?

We're based in Port St. Lucie and build throughout the Treasure Coast and the Palm Beaches. Contact us about projects outside that area.

Do you work with residential, commercial, or both?

Both. We build residential and commercial projects, from single-family homes to commercial shells, for homeowners, developers, and business owners.

It starts with a plan review or site walkthrough and a written estimate. Once you approve, we pull permits, build to the approved plans, coordinate inspections, and keep you updated on schedule and budget through completion.

How does the process work?

Can you help with a project that's already underway?

Yes. We can step into an active project, assess where it stands, and take it to completion, after reviewing the plans, permits, and work in place.

Do you pull the permits?

Yes. As your general contractor, we pull the building permits, schedule inspections, and work with the local building department through final inspection.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Stonehaven Construction Group LLC is a State Certified General Contractor, License # [LICENSE #], and carries the insurance required of Florida contractors.
